Panorama sur le village d'Autrans

The Vercors is located in the southeast of France, at the foot of the French Alps. It is the largest nature reserve in France and consists of eight regions. Our guesthouse is located in the ‘Quatre Montagnes’ natural reserve, a plateau surrounded by various mountain peaks, lively authentic villages and numerous tourist facilities. It is an unique nature reserve in a protected area in a rough and varied landscape with a special charisma. This is one of the reasons why the Vercors was proclaimed ‘Regional Natural Park’ in 1970.

La Résilience is located in the village of Autrans-Méaudre-en-Vercors, literally on the Autrans ski slope at an altitude of 1,300 metres. From here you can enjoy the beautiful surroundings in both winter and summer.
You can make beautiful trips on foot or by bike to Gève, La Sûre and the Molière plateau. In total there are more than 500 km of cycling and walking paths to discover, for beginners as well as  advanced. A paradise for sports fanatics.
And with a bit of luck in winter, you can go directly from the guesthouse to the ski or cross-country ski slopes. There is a total of 200 km of cross-country ski runs and another 35 km of ski runs in this village.
The charming village of Autrans is 6 km away and has a supermarket, bakery, butcher, pharmacy, ATM and several restaurants.

The summers are generally warm (20 to 25 degrees during the day), and there are many sunny days, keep in mind that in the evening it can cool down quite a bit. The winter period is cold (on average just above 0 degrees during the day), it often freezes at night and there is generally enough snow for ski enthusiasts.
