Do you wish to cancel your booking, the following policies will apply. All cancellations must be notified to the owner by a registered letter or by e-mail with acknowledgement of receipt: – Cancellation up to and including the 21st day before check-in: the deposit will be retained; the balance will be refunded if it has been paid on the date of cancellation ; – Cancellation between the 20th and the 8th day before check-in: 50% of the rent will be refunded; – Cancellation between the 7th and 2nd day before check-in : 25% of the rent will be refunded; – Cancellation on the day before or on the day of arrival or no-show: 10% of the rent will be refunded; – If the client does not show up within 24 hours of the arrival date indicated on the contract: the reservation becomes void and the owner can dispose of his property.
If you are prevented from traveling due to Covid 19 due to travel restrictions (travel ban) imposed by the French authorities, the client may cancel his stay free of charge. He will then be refunded by the owner of the full amount. A report solution may also be considered, in agreement with the owner. This Covid-19 cancellation condition does not apply in the following cases: curfews, closures of shops, bars, restaurants, ski areas or various events. It only applies in the case of travel restrictions imposed by the French authorities.
